Merry Christmas!
This is my absolute favorite time of year. I was excited to make these cookies as gifts for friends, neighbors and Katelyn's teachers. They turned out so cute. My favorite creation yet, I think! :-)
Happy Birthday, Batman!
What else, but Batman for a 5 year old! Happy Birthday Carson! Chocolate butter cake, vanilla buttercream and all fondant decorations.

Poker toppers!
Some very quickly made poker cupcake toppers for a birthday party. I never saw the final display...but I hope they made the cupcakes fun!

Katelyn's 5th Birthday!
My sweet girl wanted Rainbows everywhere! The cake being the most important. I wasn't sure I could pull it off, but it turned out amazing! It was a hit...and delicious too! Vanilla bean butter cake with buttercream frosting and fondant hearts. I will definitely try to do the colored layers again. It was pretty cool!

Mickey Mouse Cookies!
Not fantastic pictures, but the cookies turned out cute. Fit in great with the Mickey Mouse party that my talented sister-in-law had put on for my nephew Landon. He had a blast!

A Barbie Doll cake if there ever was one. Round cakes, hand carved to make her skirt. Buttercream rosettes for the dress. Happy Birthday, Kylie!

Merida from Brave
My sister-in-law in Conneticut asked me to make a Merida cake topper for her twin girls turning 4. It was challenging...and didn't turn out as flawless as I would have liked. But, I managed to ship it (in one piece) all the way there. Woohoo!

Preschool Valentines!
Well, I figured that preschool was my last chance for "homemade" valentine treats at school. So Katelyn took heart cookies in little bags to give to her friends. Sugar cookies with Royal Icing.

Ryan's 2nd Birthday...TRAINS!
Ryan wanted nothing but trains for his 2nd birthday. Fondant cupcake toppers, fondant Train cake topper and royal icing sugar cookies. Cake was frosted in SMBC.

Christmas gifts!
I had to make quite a few gifts for teachers, neighbors and friends this year. So, I took the easier route and made a bunch of round snowflakes. These are terrible photos, taken with an Ipad, hard to see...but they turned out pretty cute.
