Made this Winnie the Pooh cake with bee cupcakes for a friend's daughter's 4th birthday. The characters were very time consuming...but I had a lot of fun making them. The cupcakes were strawberry butter cake with buttercream frosting and fondant bees. The cake itself was a double chocolate cake filled with Swiss Meringue Buttercream and fresh raspberries and iced with Swiss Meringue as well.
